28日にサンディエゴのComic-Conで行われた「スーパーナチュラル」のパネルディスカッションですが、ジャレッドは残念ながら欠席でした。兄弟揃った姿が見られなくて残念デス。

で、やっぱりサード・シーズンのあの件ですが・・・。

The “Supernatural” devotees also keep the show on its toes. When it was announced that the new season would find the roguish Dean Winchester (Ackles) and his demon-hunting brother Sam (Jared Padalecki) sharing their adventures with two new female co-stars, the possessive fans had such a massive meltdown, creator Eric Kripke and his crew had to do some quick spin-control interviews. Yesterday, they were still spinning.

で、クリプキ氏のお答えはといえば・・・。

“They are not brought in to be the boys' girlfriends,” Kripke reassured the “Supernatural” panel audience. “It won't be the four of them riding around in the Impala eating Scooby Snacks.”

ほぉ〜、とうとう言いきりましたか・・・。

そこまで言うなら、ますますもってRubelaの存在意義が薄れてきましたネ。

In an interview before the panel, an impressively fresh-faced Ackles talked about how much “Supernatural” love is too much, and how much is just right.
“It does protect us from the writers,” Ackles said of the fans' proprietary interest in Sam and Dean. “The fans love Dean driving the car and Sam shooting a big gun, and those are the things we love as well. Jared and I are very protective of the characters, and the fans are, too.”

な〜んか、ジェンセンの方がよっぽど冷静じゃないですか。
それにしても、ジェンセンって記者の方がわざわざ書きたくなるほど「impressively fresh-faced」なんですね（むふふ）
